As I walked though the woods I saw something move it was all silent then, SPLASH . I ran to where I heard the splash there were some boots slowly sinking into the muddy lake, then in a flash they disappeared. It was getting dark and late so I ran home. That night in bed I was thinking everything over how could it of happened. The next day I decide to go back to the woods to find out how this would of happened. I was looking around then I felt a strong hand on my back, and I was pushed.

A mystery.
I remember last night when he told me to meet him in the dark by the edge of the lake. I jumped out of my window. Slowly the sky got darker. As I got to the lake I heard some noises... Not quite human or animal like. But there he was nearly in the lake being dragged- my best ever friend! I jumped in the lake but I was too late. He had drowned. I slowly walked back home. I wondered what he was going to show me. Maybe he wasn't quite a human? But he was at school the next day how?
